COVID-19 Testing &Treatment:

Diagnosis and treatment for COVID-19 remains a covered benefit for employer-sponsored health plans administered by Health Choices and our fully insured MAHP Commercial Group Plans. Standard member cost-sharing (such as copays and deductibles) will apply.

COVID-19 Vaccinations:

Approved and recommended COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters remain covered without cost sharing, when administered by In-Network Providers, for our fully insured Commercial Plans and Plans administered by Health Choices.

Telehealth Services:

Members of our fully insured Commercial Plans may continue to choose between in-person or telehealth visits for covered services. For Plans administered by Health Choices, please call Health Choices to verify coverage.

For Medicare beneficiaries covered by MAHP’s Cost Plan, telehealth visits for mental/behavioral health remain a covered benefit pursuant to Medicare guidelines. Other telehealth services will remain a covered benefit through December 31, 2024, pursuant to Medicare guidelines and as permitted by CMS.
